In January of 2009 Outsource Support Services acquired the business of Dundalk based security firm Protec Security Services, Protec Security Services are a long established security firm providing Mannedguarding, Mobile Patrol and Keyholding & alarm response security services in the North east of Ireland.

Speaking about the acquisition was Graham Hughes CEO of Outsource who feels this is a strategic acquisition which will broaden our regional base and help us improve our response time and supervisory vehicles which are on the road 24 hours per day and seven days a week and indeed improve our service offerings in the North east area.
