 OUR BUSINESS

Outsource Support Services is a progressive support service company operating in Ireland offering services such as Cleaning, Security, Pest Control and Carpark Management.  Through our network of highly qualified and trained employees and contractors, we provide prompt, reliable and cost effective support service solutions to customers across a diverse industry sector.

OUR CORE PRINCIPLES

Our overall objective is to provide the highest quality of customer service and care, giving full recognition and adherence to agreed specifications and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.  We are fully committed to managing our services to the highest possible standards and in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard and use this system as a framework for establishing and reviewing our quality objectives.

OUR EMPLOYEES

Our services are managed and carried out by experienced and trained employees, who receive every support from management in order to fulfil their responsibilities and achieve high performance levels, thereby promoting the confidence of customers in the company.  We continually strive to meet the requirements of our customers, without compromising company policy, stated quality objectives and statutory/regulatory requirements.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

We have established a Quality Management System and strive to achieve the following goals:

  • To implement systems and procedures to facilitate continual improvement within Outsource Support Services. 
  • To ensure that our company is customer focused and responds to the needs and expectations of our customers.
  • To ensure that our services and Quality Management System are continually reviewed for suitability, improved and diversified as necessary.
  • To ensure that we maintain a well trained and customer focused workforce that continue to embrace the true meaning of “service” so that customers can benefit from our customised support services.
  • To ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained by all persons working for and on behalf of Outsource Support Services.
  • To ensure that all employees observe and implement the mandatory work methods and procedures identified in the Quality Management System or others to which reference is made to therein.
  • To continue to innovate and increase efficiencies, by working closely with our customers in order to improve the level of service provided to them.
  • To publish our Quality Policy internally, by communication to all employees and posting the policy on our web site, and externally to all interested parties on request.
